LOVE IS IN THE AIR WITH THEMED EVENTS AND CELEBRATIONS ONBOARD

Geneva, 28 January 2015 – This Valentine’s Day do something truly inspired, and treat your soul mate to a unique getaway they’ll never forget. They’ll hold the experience – and you – in their heart for ever.

On 14 February, all MSC cruises around the world will feature Valentine’s Day activities and parties to create a romantic atmosphere on board and fill the air with love. Fine dining, treats, specially-tailored entertainment and celebrations will make this Valentine’s Day the most memorable yet.

MSC Cruises’ chefs have created love-themed menus, including a dessert called the Tulip of Love, and heart-shaped cakes to be served throughout the fleet. For a more intimate dining experience, treats and food from a Romantic Moments list can also be ordered from the comfort of the cabin.

One bar on every ship will be renamed Cupid’s Bar and dedicated to love for the occasion. Exceptional love potion cocktails inspired by passion will be served all night, with an irresistible promotion on offer for couples.

The entertainment team will help create an amorous atmosphere on the day and in the evening, with parties, Valentine’s Day-themed competitions to find the “most perfect couple” on board, and many other games. An exclusive Valentine’s Day package will be available for anyone who wants to surprise their significant other. There will also be fun activities to keep the kids busy so their parents can relax and get starry eyed.

Other activities on the ships will enable guests to take part in love-themed arts and crafts workshops to create Valentine’s Day decorations. And when the sun has set, a Valentine’s night “SMS party” will take place in the disco where partygoers can send secret messages to anyone they fancy…and let Cupid do the rest.
